When will you deliver?

We attempt to deliver all orders, once accepted within 2 working days. Initial City Link will attempt to deliver before 12pm (although this cannot be guaranteed).

Do I need to sign for the goods?

All orders will require a signature upon delivery.




What happens if I am not in when City Link attempt delivery?

If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left and the parcel held at the local City Link Depot for you to collect. Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to 3Mobile. Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange delivery, collect from your local City Link Office or to re-direct the parcel to an alternative address.






How do I return a product?

Return your new phone in perfect condition within 14 days, in the original packaging and we will refund your purchase. If, for any reason you need to return a product for a refund or an exchange please call 3Mobile.org Customer Care Team on 0871 780 15 25 (Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm).






Why do you deliver to the cardholders address?

This is a security measure - it helps prevent credit card fraud by ensuring that only the cardholder can receive products ordered with their card. We are constantly reviewing and upgrading our security procedures to ensure that shopping with us online is as safe as possible.






Can I have my goods delivered to an alternative address?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to the registered card holder's address. If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left and the parcel held at the local City Link Depot for you to collect. Can I have a product delivered outside the U.K.?

Currently we are only able to deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands).







What happens if my product is faulty?

If, for some reason your chosen product does not work or has been damaged, you can return it to us with 30 days of purchase for a replacement. To arrange this or if you have any questions regarding your product please contact 3Mobile.org Customer Care Team on 0871 780 15 25 (Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm)

Outside of the 30 days, your product will be covered by the manufactures warranty and will be repaired or replaced at their discretion. Full warranty details will be contained in your product manual including the manufacturers contact number.






What is the "14 day money back guarantee"?

Return your new contract phone in perfect condition within 14 days, in the original packaging and we will refund your purchase.
